Make a fist with your hand , using a little oil (olive oil is fine), make small knuckling movements over your tummy, starting on the right at the bottom of the tummy and working round the belly button to the left, repeat 5 -6 times, this relaxes the bowel (which is a muscle and can become tense) and should help it to relax, making things move in the right direction ....
