That's because many people will be desperate to sell unwanted Christmas presents, and there will be a surfeit of goods at reasonable prices. Furthermore there probably won't be anything wrong with them - as good as new, but either unwanted or a duplicate. This is the perfect circumstance to get in there, browse the listings, and get in there first and get often very good items at a really good price!
