Ebay Problems: Damaged In Post
| Money : EBay This is one of the trickiest problems to resolve. If you paid extra for insurance then it is fairly simple, but more often than not you won't have done this - particularly for low value purcahases (under 15 pounds) where the cost of insurance would add a hefty whack on total cost of item. If it's due to poor wrapping then perhaps the seller should cough up, but its a real grey area. You might just have to take it as a risk of buying off eBay.
