Are they well visited, are there many items in those categories? The more items the more likely it is that people will visit those categories. Then again, with less popular categories your items are more likely to stand out. Watch a category you are thinking of listing in for a week before you do - you get a good feel for if others are selling your item, and how well it is doing.
