Eczema And Your Diet

Health And Fitness : Alternative Health

Much debate has been had around the link between the food we eat, and eczema, and whether the one triggers the other.

It is now agreed by many that food intolerance is at least linked to eczema in some way.

Therefore a change in diet can help some people control their eczema. Certainly a nutritious diet can help improve the quality of the skin of many sufferers.

To find the right diet is often a case of focussing out certain foodstuffs for a period of weeks at a time, and finding which one is causing the problem.

Of course this takes time, dedication and commitment, but if you do manage to find a food to which you are sensitive, by cutting it out you might well be able to reduce the symptoms of eczema.
