Education In The Workplace For Next Year
| Career : End Of Year Career Review Another area to look at is education. What did you learn? Did you go on any courses and were they useful? It is important that we commit to life long learning to get the best out of ourselves. Each year try and identify an area to develop in, or indeed simply a new skill that you would like to develop. All round skills are also important so if you do project management then why not do a proper course such as Prince 2 so that you are qualified in project management when it comes to doing such things in future and this can also be good for the CV and help secure future roles where many companies now want to see actual qualifications on the CV.
