The first thing you need to do is set clear goals that you need to achieve. However, some people leave it there - a clear business plan and set of goals and they are away. But one very important thing you also need to have is a Vision. This is what will give you the determination to succeed during rough times or slow times or downright poor times. Having a Vision of what you want to achieve will give you a restless desire and energy to achieve your Vision, that is to say to make your Vision become a reality. The key lies therein - the Vision needs to be so vivid and clear that is has a motivation of itself to become actualised. If that all sounds very philosophical and cryptic it isn't really - it simply means that if you want something badly enough (achieving your Vision) then you will do all that you reasonably can to achieve it.
