Everyday Scalp Rituals
Beauty : Haircare First find a relaxed environment, light some candles and put on your favourite music. Sit calmly, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Make sure any worries don’t occupy your mind. Then jump into a warm shower, and rinse your hair thoroughly. Apply your favourite shampoo, then massage it in a circular motion to get rid of any product build up on your scalp. Rinse it out and apply your conditioner. Make sure you only do this on the ends, as it may make your scalp greasier otherwise. You could lightly dab it in one area of your scalp if needed, as it will just rinse off over the other areas anyway. Leave it to soak for about 10 mins, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid scrubbing your hair dry with a towel. Pat it instead. Leave it to dry naturally for a while, then apply some heat protection spray whilst it is still slightly damp. Blow dry it with your hairdryer for up to 5 mins, then use your straighteners or curling tongs to style it in your preferred way.
