Exam Technique: Question Searching
| Education : Exams And Revision When you read through each question, mentally try to clock what 'category' or 'topic' that question falls under. This will help you focus when it comes to answering the question. For instance, which period of history is it testing? What section of biology is it about - sexual reproduction? Plants and photosynthesis? Working this out will help you focus. Also don't fall into the trap of looking for your favourite questions or those you are most confident with. If you do find them then you might get a false sense of security, and if you don't find them - well depression might set in! So don't expect to find anything in advance and then you won't be surprised either way.
