Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide If you want to exercise your inner thighs in the privacy of your own home, then here is a simple exercise that you can do which is effective. All you need to do is go to the bottom of the stairs, and place your preferred hand on the bottom of the railing (this is to aid your balance). Next, place your right foot on the first step of the staircase. Once you have done that, cross the left leg over right, placing left foot on the step above that which your right foot is on (i.e. slowly climbing the stiars). Repeat this process til you reach the time of the stairs. Don't do it going down the stairs - you might tumble and fall down. Rather walk back down to the bottom of the stairs normally. Repeat this exercise for a few minutes - anywhere between 3 - 10 minutes would be fine.
