How To Exercise On A Busy Day

Many people claim that they are simply too busy to exercise! Whilst it is no doubt true that many of us are living lives that are more and more hectic, there is always simple things that we can do exercise during the day.
Here are some tips for things that you can fit in at work and home:
- take the stairs not the lift
- stop one bus stop early / park further away, and walk in and back
- really put your 'back into' your chores at home so they give you a workout
- you can do simple isotonic exercises (tensing and loosening muscles) at your desk, with no one else needing to know about it!
