If you enjoy the odd night out, then the good news is that you can combine exercise with having fun!

If you are going partying, then make sure that you don't just sit in the corner, but get up and dance!

Dancing is a great way to develop and tone muscle groups all over the body, and is also good for overall fitness.

Of course, if you dance do take some breaks and ensure that you have plenty of water. Also dance your heart out on days where you are not consuming alcohol at the same time!
