Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide If you are a fan of exercise, then it can be tough sometimes when you go on holiday to keep things up - particularly if you are used to using certain equipment. However, there are many easy ways in which you can exercise on holiday, whilst still having fun. The trick is to play some games that are physical. For instance, if you are out in the open then play some games of throw and retrieve: this is great to get the heart rate up. First throw a ball a short distance to your partner, and have the ball returned. Gradually work backwards until you are as far as you can throw the ball. Get your partner to throw slightly to your right or left, and run and retrieve the ball as fast as you can. By playing simple games like this, or bringing a bat and ball with you, frisbee or similar you can have fun and exercise on holiday easily.
