How To Exercise Whilst Injured

Depending on the nature of the sports injury that you have in athletics, one of the best ways to exercise is through swimming.

This is because swimming allows you to stay in shape, as you exercise many similar muscles as you do through your athletics, but in a less stressful way because of the cushioning and buoyancy effect of the water.

Hence if you are in need of traning but have little niggles, then definitely consider some swimming.
