Exercise With Doc Part 3

Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide

Sleep
The vast majority of us get seven hours of sleep a night – or less. Others have insomnia once a week. Scientists can’t tell us why we sleep, but a host of problems occur from a lack of. These include increased risk of diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Those eight hours are very essential, to long term health and stress reduction.. You people need to make a commitment to those eight hours.
For each hour you change your waking time, you ruin your sleep pattern for one day.
Do some light exercising before going to bed. If you can’t sleep don’t fight it. Get up and watch t.v. until your eyes get heavy. Or lay in bed and read a book, no action novels. When you get tired just turn off the light, without getting out of bed.
