How To Exercise Your Biceps At Work

This is another exercise that you can do at work without anyone noticing - unless you are wearing a very short sleeved shirt of course and have significant biceps!

This is a simple squeezing exercise; all you do is tighten and flex the muscle so that you feel the pull in the arm, and hold for ten seconds.

Repeat this between five and ten times a few times a day.

This works really well and effectively to exercise the bicep. Be sure to tense well, but not to the point where it makes your whole arm shake else your colleagues may wonder just what is going on!
