If you want to exercise that wonderful face of yours at work, then all you have to do is smile!

Whilst facing your monitor, contort your face into different smiles, and a few grimaces, and genuinely just move your face around into different expression.

Loosen then tighten the facial muscles.

This works really well and can help to tighten your skin too. It's amazing the things that you can do at work with just a little movement of a few muscles!
