Exercises To Stretch Neck Muscles

There are a whole range of exercises that you can use to try to exercise and stretch the muscles in your neck.

The key is to perform them nice and slowly with no rapid movements or jerking so as not to hurt the neck.

Try side to side motions, then up to down, then ear to ear, and in the process this should help to gently exercise the muscles in your neck.
