Some people who are really into their exercise actually put themselves in danger by feeling guilty for not exercising when they are ill, and trying to.

This is a mistake - it is dangerous to try and exercise when you are ill particularly if you have a temperature, or similar.

Therefore resist the temptation to exercise when ill and don't feel guilty about it.

However if you have a cold or are feeling blocked up and stuffy then you may find a brisk walk outside helps to clear your head and makes you feel less stuffy.
