Health And Fitness : Eyes Palming is another popular eye relaxation technique that can work well. This exercise involves sitting in a chair and resting the palms of both of your hands over your eyes, with your eyes closed. That's where the name of palming comes from for this eye exercise - originally enough! Now, you remove your hands and open your eyes. Finally, look around the room and try to pick out all the objects you can of one particular colour. Each time you do the exercise, for instance every few days, try to isolate a different colour. This helps with colour discrimination and practice too and actually observing the world around you rather than just navigating through it!
