How To Feel Happier

If you want to feel happier, then you need to get things off your chest. Either talk through what is making you unhappy with someone you trust and can confide in, or do the following:
Write a list of everything that is causing misery in your life down onto a postcard.
By the time that you have finished writing you should actually feel a sense of relief at having got these things off your chest. You will feel happier and more content as a result.
