How To Feel Tired Before Bed

Many people have trouble sleeping. Typically the more that you need to get to sleep the less you will be able to!

A couple of simple tips to help you sleep.

First, don't eat too much in the couple of hours before bed, nothing more than a light snack.

Also ensure that you have no tea or coffee for about four hours of going to bed to stop the stimulants keeping you feeling wired, as it were.

Finally have a snack of a lettuce sandwich as your last piece of food before bed. The reason for this is that one of the chemicals in the lettuce should help you feel relaxed and tired, and therefore aid you in falling asleep. Whilst lettuce is virtually all water, there is a chemical that has this effect in the lettuce.
