Fight The Dreaded Spots
| Beauty : Spots And Acne If you have spots you'll know how much they can get you down. Getting bad break-outs before a special occasion ect can be a rigth pain too.. If you stick to a good beauty regime your skin can become smoother and help to kill and dry out the spots always use products which claim to help kill and get rid of spots. If these products dont work you should see your doctor and they can give you tablets to help fight the spots and they can actually keep your bad skin away for a very long time but when your skin is clear you should still keep taking the tablets as a common mistake people make is to come off the medication and your skin usually goes back to its old state. The tablets but chemicals into your body which can fight the bacteria of the spots and they will eventually after a month of so of taking them get rid off the spots. I myself have took tablets my doctor prescriped for only less than a week and already my skin is beggining to clear up and soon they will all be gone.

Lately ive been using Liz earle Polish cleanser and its working wonders. when you buy it dont be put off, it does tend to bring you up in even more spots at first but thats just to get them out of your system then it leaves your skin clear and soft, and it even removes make-up. its really good and affordable at twelve pounds (25 US dollars) also its great for any age as im only fifteen and my aunt uses it at 44!
