How To File Your Nails Properly
| Beauty : Beauty Tips Filing is good for keeping your nails smooth and in shape. First, wash your hands well with soap and water, then dry thoroughly. Place a towel out on the table to collect any nail dust or clippings. Cut your nails so you take off any extra length you dont want to have. Make sure you clip across the tip of the nail, straight across, so you leave a square edge. Dont cut too close to the edge otherwise you wont have anything to file. Hold the emergy board at an angle at one corner of a nail. Gently stroke it from the corner towards the centre and repeat a few times. Then do the opposite side and stroke back the other way. Repeat for all of your nails, and then buff them using the buffer. This will add a nice shine to them. Gather up the towel and throw the clippings into the bin. Wash, dry and then moisturise your hands which will leave them feeling all soft and cared for. Then dig out the nail polish!
