Health And Fitness : Toning Your Body Another exercise for a firmer bust is the standing push up exercise. What you do here is place your hands on a surface at the height of a counter, for instance in the kitchen, with arms in front and about shoulder width apart or a little wider. Then, bending at the elbow, lower body to the counter and then back up. Hence it is called the standing push up - you are doing the motion but with the body rather than the arms! Do this about ten times, then increase to fifteen after a while before introducing duplicate sets.
