Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide That might sound too good to be true, and it is - if you think of eat in terms of full meals. However if you think of smaller meals, then it is true. Research has shown that the body responds best to eating smaller meals every few hours, but due to our lifestyle this is not the way that we tend to eat; we tend to have a few big meals during the course of the day due to time, commitments and other restraints on our day. However on the weekends and when you are free to do so, do try to eat every few hours as this is the best for your body.
