On any fitness program people tend to be focussed on the exercise itself, and sometimes getting in and out of the gym as quickly as possible!

This means many avoid to stretch, but you should aboid this temptation. Stretching is important!

Stretching has many benefits and therefore you should spend 5 minutes before and after a program with a little stretching.
