Food Scientist

You will do this often by looking at crops and animals and finding how quantity and quality can be improved through a wide variety of different methodologies. You will need a good scientific knowledge, and understanding of business. You will need good communication skills. This tends to be a specialist industry and hence you will have a degree in agricultural science. There is a fair demand for this job and hence there should be enough supply to keep you well employed.
