Foods And Spots

Health And Fitness : Food And Health

Many people know that the diet you eat will affect your skin - and therefore the spots you have.

This is particularly the case when you are prone to spots in your teens or twenties.

However, whilst it is thought by most that the biggest cause of spots is fatty foods, a more likely cause is actually sugar and sugary, sweet products.

Therefore to help reduce spot problems in your teens, try to reduce your sugar intake.
