Foods To Help Prevent Overeating

Health And Fitness : Top Diet Foods

Some foods seem to naturally leave us feeling fuller than others, for the same amount of calories.

If we feel fuller, then of course we are less likely to overeat.

The best foods for this are those that are termed low GI foods. Low GI foods eaten over a regular period of time will help us feel full and therefore the possibility of weight gain through over eating starts to be mitigated.

Foods such as sweet potato and noodles are examples of low GI foods, also peanuts, baked beans and grapefruit.
