How To Freshen Up After Travelling
Travel : Travel Tips Drink lots of water to avoid bloating and tiredness. Keep away from fatty foods, alcohol and coffee. When you're flying, make sure you use a soft sleep mask and ear plugs so you can sleep during the flight. Wear trainers or flat shoes so your feet dont get sore from all the walking and carrying bags. Sprinkle your hair with dry shampoo if its slightly greasy. Dont wear too much make up especially if you are going somewhere hot. Carry a deodorant, some wet wipes and a toothpaste. If you're a bit sweaty you can wipe under your arms if there is no water available, and re apply your deodorant. Carry some perfume or body spray with you also and give yourself a spritz if needed. Brush you teeth in the airport toilets or carry a mouthwash or some mints. Avoid touching your hair and face as this will just make it greasier. Try not to get stressed as this will make you hot and bothered. Wear loose clothes and take a pocket fan with you in case the temperatures go up.
