General Election Debates

Politics

What does everyone think of the general election debates in the UK?

So far there has been one debate, and the result seems to be amazing.

Nick Clegg, leader of the liberal democrats, which is the third party by some way, apparently won this debate.

The result has been very surprising with the polls and made a huge difference, with Clegg suddenly becoming top of the pops as it were, and leapfrogging the other parties to be the leader of the most popular party in the country!

Yes it seems incredible but that seems to be have been the result of the first UK general election debate.

So what does this mean for the future?

Well there are two more debates to come on the next two Thursdays from the time I am writing this.

Only time will tell what the result of those will be, but if it is anything like the other two then whoever wins could have a big swing for them... in which case the one you really want to do well in is the third one which is closest to the election.
