With this stomach toning exercise we complete our set of four exercises that are designed to be used together to help you get an all over flat stomach, by concentrating on all the four muscle groups that compose the stomach muscles.
From the starting position, brace abs and butt.
Now, breathe in and then on the out breathe raise left shoulder and left hip so as to elevate slightly off ground, only a little not too far.
Do smoothly and do not jerk. Then hold for a second and return to starting position.
Repeat next for the right side, and do some more reps.
