How To Get Angry Healthily

Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips

It may sound strange, but recent research has shown that getting angry means that people are less likely to suffer from heart attacks, than others who may keep these things more bottled up.

The key is to have 'moderate' anger on a short basis, rather than getting too worked up over a longer period of time, which can actually increase the risk.

The bottom line - getting angry once in a while is OK, but don't do it too often!
