Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide

You dont need to spend lots of money to get fit. In fact, you dont need to spend anything.

Try going for walks every day. If you dont have time to take an hour or two out of your daily schedule, then maybe walk to the shops instead of drive, or get off the bus one stop earlier. Maybe use your lunch hour to go outside instead of sitting at your desk.

Cycle to work instead of taking the train or car. You will save some money at the same time!

Offer to take your neighbour's dog out for a walk. It will make it much more fun.

Get your kids to play some outdoor games with you or organise a rounders match with some friends.

Gardening and hoovering can also help you to keep fit, as well as doing something useful.

Stand up when on public transport as it will use up more calories and also strengthen muscles instead of sitting down.

Don't slouch, make sure your posture is always good so you dont get any injuries.
