sit on the edge of the chair, with most of your body weight supported by your arms. Your partner straddles you and uses her legs to push up and down. Great for triceps and shoulders.

Sexercising can be a lot of fun! Through experimenting you can find positions that will work and tone the upper, mid and lower body, and it's certainly not a boring way to exercise!
