How To Get Mildew Off Leather

Cleaning : Leather

Leather goods are quite resistant and should not suffer too badly from most types of stains.

That said, if you do manage to get some mildew staining on leather goods, then the good news is that it will normally come off quite easily.

Just get some rubbing alcohol and some water, that is luke warm or cooler - not warm.

Then simply use a cloth and dip in the mixture then run across the section of leather that has the mildew on it. Try not to use too much of the solution just enough as is necessary. The mildew stain should come off the leather without much problem.

Once done use a piece of kitchen paper to blot any access solution left on the leather goods and then leave to dry naturally.
