How To Get More From Your Salary
| Career : Salary The worst thing about your salary is, of course, the tax and national insurance that gets docked from it leaving you with your real earnings. So why not minimise that and get more from your gross pay by paying more into your pension pot. True, it won't make you richer now, but down the line you will so think of it as very delayed pay rather than disappearing into a pot. Because the money will come from gross income then effectively you will be doing more with your salary packet than taking it all as salary to be taxed as normal.
