How To Get Smouldering Eyes

Then use a black eye shadow to line around the eye which will give a nice and soft feel to the eye. The more that you apply of these two and you more you smudge and blend in, the more extreme the smouldering and sexy eyes look will be... it really depends on the event and what you feel comfortable with. Feel free to experiment over time and find the combination that works best for you.
