If you want these you will have to do some exercise as follows:

First of all try extensions where you lie on your back and have an object in each hand and you straighten arms up to the ceiling holding objects - make sure they are not too heavy! Repeat about 15 times.

You can also try padding in water, perhaps by lying on a surfboard and using your arms to move you around the water - you may look a little silly but this is also a good sort of exercise in order to exercise those arms.

Of course if you want to cheat cosmetically there are lots of arm firming creams out there that can help a little but there is no substitute for exercise to really help reshape and rescuplture your body.
