How To Give A French Manicure
| Beauty : Cosmetics Here's how to give a fantastic manicure: Buy 1 bottle of white opaque nail polish and 1 bottle of sheer pink or beige polish. The Perfect French Manicure Technique1) Use sellotape along the top of the nails to "mask off" the tips, then paint 2 coats of white.2) Carefully remove the sellotape when the polish is virtually dry. 3) Leave to dry properly 4) Apply 1 coat of the sheer colour over it. It works brilliantly & saves loads of money!
More manicure adviceI think this idea rocks! I've just tried it out and its great. I dont like this technique, whenever i take off the sellotape the nail polish is all thick and it takes half of it with it! i find just quickly draw a straight line across your nails as messily as you like and then take off crap bits with a cotton bud and nail varnish remover. . When you use the tape make sure you remove it before the nail polish is dry or it will take the polish with it when you take it off! That's not good either! Good luck!. Avon has a product that is like a white colored pencils only it is made for your nails, All you have to do it color your tips and you can paint a sheer color over them.
