Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza

You will need the following:
100g Mozarella Cheese (Grated)
Gluten Free Salami (8 slices)
4 Gluten Free Wraps
4 Tsp Gluten Free Pesto

Place wraps under a hot grill for a minute, remove them and then on the un toasted side spread the pesto on and then top with the salami and sprinkle with some cheese and pepper. Return the wrap to the grill for about 3-4 minutes and until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown. They are now ready to serve and you can enjoy knowing that this is a guilt free healthy and quick recipe.


Gluten free Pine Nut Pasta

You will need the following:

15g Butter
70g Pine Nuts
50g Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
100g Gluten free fettucine Pasta


Put the butter and pine nuts in a frying pan and toast until golden. Bring a saucepan to the boil and cook the pasta depending on the time on the packet. Once the pasta has cooked drain it and toss the pine nuts and Parmesan with it. Once done add some black pepper.
Enjoy.



Gluten Free Spaghetti Arrabiata

You will need the following:
350g Gluten-Free Spaghetti
1kg Plum Tomatoes
4 Cloves of Garlic
Half a red Chili (remove seeds)
1 tsp Soft Brown Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
Basil (Chopped fine)

Place tomatoes in a bowl and cover with boiling water, leave for a minute and then drain and peel the skins of the tomatoes. Half them and then take out seeds and set aside.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add spaghetti and cook using the time stated on the packet. Chop the chili finely and peel, slice the garlic.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the garlic and the chili and a pinch of salt. Add the tomatoes to the pan with the lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes until it makes a sauce, then add the basil and stir.


Once the spaghetti has cooked drain it and add the sauce, stir though.

You could also add chicken or prawns to this recipe for something different.
