Golden Rules For Great Hair

Beauty : Haircare

A decent hair cut will dramatically change the way you look and feel. It can make or break your whole style, so it's very important to get it right. Go to a salon and also look through hair style books, to get the best advice on what would suit your face shape and skin tone the best. If you are going on a night out, then treat yourself to a cut and blow dry whenever you can.

As you get older, your hair colour will change and become more dull and grey. Even if you're lucky enough to avoid grey hair thanks to your genes, then it may still be worth getting your hair dyed to get that youthful colour back again. There are some great natural shades on offer, so make sure you avoid bright and harsh colours.

Your hair stays strong and healthy from protein in your diet called keratin. This can be made by your body from nuts, beans and dairy. Iron and B complex vitamins are important too.

Let your hair dry naturally as often as possible as this will stop snapping, split ends and frizz caused by harsh hear. Use plenty of conditioner to hydrate it and keep it looking shiny and silky smooth.
