Another classic technique to use in slogans is alliteration - and you thought those english lessons would never come in useful!

This is where many words start with the same letter to create an interesting and often memorable effect.

e.g. 'all actuaries are amiable' is an example of alliteration.

Used carefully, it can be a good device in your slogans.

One standard method that most advertisers use and therefore you could adapt is to contrast two different words, for instance 'high x and low y', or 'cheap x and expensive y'.
