First, close your eyes and take a minute to relax, breathing deeply and noticing your breaths. Then press your thumb firmly into the opposite hand, in the centre of the palm, with the rest of that hand under the other hand. Circle around with the thumb. Repeat in different areas of the hand until all covered. Swap hands and repeat!
