|Games : Puzzles|
Hanjie is a game that has been around for several years, and is called different names in different publications and countries.
Hanjie was at one time called Tsunami and only received its current name fairly recently.
The puzzles have also been called nongrams and consist of a grid of a varying size. At two edges of the grid - usually top and left, you are given co-ordinates, that correspond to the number of cells in that row or column that are coloured in.
The aim of the game is to work out all the cells that must be coloured in.
The result will be a recognisable object of some kind - for instance, a picture of a swan or some other object that the human eye can make sense of.
