Self Development : Happiness Happiness and relaxation are greatly linked to exercise. Therefore if you feel sad, stressed and under pressure then some exercise can be great. It is a natural way for the body to feel good about itself and even has a chemical basis whereby chemicals called endorphins are released that make you feel good about yourself. Therefore be sure to exercise regular times during the week, and you should find that you are happier as a result.
