How To Have A Firm Grip

Some people will find it hard to maintain a strong grip on the racquet.

This could be for a large variety of reasons, but these could include weak wrists and hands, or perhaps arthritis a little later in life.

The best way to help stopping the racquet slip is to use a more secure grip on your racquet. The best type would be a so called 'ribbed' grip, as it has little ridges on which help your fingers to hold and grip the racquet.
