Don't urinate! Not literally, of course. Rather, blokes should contract your muscles mid-stream whilst urinating. Do this 15 times a day. Pelvic muscles get stronger!

Potentially important that you do this exercise as you get older to keep things as good, or even better perhaps, than they always have been!

This works well for women too. Trying to interrupt the flow of urine brings increased blood flow to the genital area. An added bonus is that it also tightens up the muscles of the urinary tract and stops that annoying little dribble that causes a 'wet pants' smell..
