If you are taken out for lunch as an interview - as is so common in today's fast paced quick moving world - then there are a few tips to remember. First, do not order anything messy. Also, don't order anything that is incredibly expensive - you may have a penchant for caviar - some people do - but said employer doesn't really want to foot a huge bill. You could ask the interviewer if there is an appropriate range, or simply ask what they would recommend, and remember to order something that is quite easy to manage especially when you are nervous.
